All intramural participants are responsible for reading and understanding the IM handbook. A copy will given to each team captain.

Intramural information about schedules, meetings, etc. is posted on the IM information board located next to the east stairwells in Helwig Recreation Center.

Team Captain Communication

Much of the success of an intramural program is dependent on communication! The team captain must remain in contact, during the season, with IM staff members and teammates.  The team captain is responsible for relaying all information about playing times, schedules and emails to teammates.  The team captain must make sure that correct telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are listed on rosters as well.  The team captain will be held responsible for failing to relay important information to his/her team. 

Schedule Information

Schedules will be passed out at the Captain’s meetings, as well as other pertinent information. Schedules will also be posted on the IM website, IM Facebook group, as well as the information board in Helwig.
