Park North
Park North is the smallest living area at North Park University and holds approximately 70 students. The rooms are designed for only two students in this living space. The Park North suite comes with a full kitchen, bed, desk, full bathroom, closet space, and dresser. The building has three floors; one floor for men and two floors for women. Students could enjoy spare time or studying time in the lounge. The lounge comes equipped with computer/printer usage, television/DVD player, large kitchen, and space to hang out with friends. Park North is a living-learning community focused on helping students to understand their leadership potential by assisting them to understand and value self, understand and embrace community, and put all of that into practice in their daily lives.
These objectives are met through opportunities to build relationships between roommates, among peers, and through weekly and monthly events coordinated by the Resident Assistants and through intentional monthly programs coordinated by the Resident Director and Resident Assistants. The intentional monthly programs will focus on the theme of leadership development. Park North residents will discover, develop, and demonstrate leadership through discovering and developing their own vision, voice, and leadership skills, and through learning and demonstrating what it means to be a servant leader.

Park North Apartments – Layout
Each floor has 12 two-person apartments (3 on each end, and 3 on each side). The first floor is composed of male students and the second and third floors are female students. The layout of each apartment differs in regard to the location of the kitchen, bedroom/living area, closets, and bathroom. The sizes of all of those spaces varies for each apartment, though the bathrooms are about the same size, save a few inches.
