Early Alert Reporting System

The Early Alert Reporting System (EARS) allows faculty and staff to directly contribute to student retention and wellness by identifying and assisting traditional undergraduate students who are having academic and/or other difficulties.

EARS is an online process that will allow faculty and staff to listen for student challenges and refer a student who may be experiencing academic or non-academic concerns.  Student issues may include poor attendance, low test scores, writing ability, family issues, financial responsibility, and mental or physical wellness concerns as well as making the transition to North Park.

Once a student is identified through the online referral form, a member(s) of the Student Development Office will attempt to contact and work with the student providing assistance and resources in an effort to improve the student's success at North Park.  Simply complete and submit the referral form.  You will be notified regarding receipt of your referral.

Thank you for your participation in this important retention initiative.
