Cash Gifts (including by check)

Corporate Gifts
If you own interest in a company, a deductible corporate gift may have more advantages than making a personal gift.
Corporate Matching Gifts
To maximize your cash gift, please use our corporate matching gifts page to check whether your company offers a matching gift program. Many companies will also match gifts made by spouses and retirees.
Securities or Real Estate
Securities and real estate gifts provide a charitable contribution deduction and reduce or eliminate your capital gains tax. You can also use stock that has decreased in value to make a contribution to North Park. You sell the stock yourself and take the loss on your tax return. You then make a cash gift to North Park and receive a charitable contribution deduction for your gift. Please ask you tax consultant for more information on making gifts of securities.
