Dear Friends,

North Park Theological Seminary is the school of the Evangelical Covenant Church, a rapidly growing evangelical denomination that is committed to the Bible, deeply rooted in the orthodox Christian tradition, and passionate about seeing women and men come to faith in Jesus Christ. The Covenant Church is also committed to God’s kingdom vision: a just, compassionate, and transformed world. This mission includes all God’s people, and all God’s creation. 

The school and the church are committed to listening to, learning from, and serving diverse Christian communities, congregations and leaders.  Grounded on the Word of God, formed by the Christian story, and open to God’s future, North Park not only helps pastors, teachers, and leaders increase their knowledge of the Bible and the Christian tradition, and encourages them to form and strengthen their relationships with God and others.  

North Park, in short, intends to equip pastors, teachers, and leaders to lead congregations and institutions into God’s future, for the purposes of God’s kingdom, according to God’s will. If this is what you are looking for in a Seminary, I hope you will contact our Admissions Office.  Whether you are from the Evangelical Covenant Church or another Christian body you are welcome and encouraged to explore your call, grow in your understanding of God’s purposes for the world, and prepare for apostolic ministry at North Park Theological Seminary.
